The fine pointed blade is narrow with a ~1 mm precision tip, making it ideal for the thinnest lines and the narrowest grooves. Its slimmer blade profile helps keep the stroke width consistent.

I have just receivedmy set and did one practice piece. The weight of the handle, the feel, is wonderful and comfortable.
The cuts are clean-clean. In medium firm leather hard clay, the blades sailed.
I hated the expense but wanted to up my game and feel I made a nice investment.

Solid tool, not a flimsy metal, easy to switch tips, stays sharp and doesn’t disintegrate after one mug (completely carved) like some others. Truly thoughtful creation and I’m obsessed with it!
