Shipping

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Since many items are handmade or made-to-order, please allow for this lead time before your order ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada. If you're outside these regions and are interested in ordering, and do not see a calculated rate at checkout for your country, please contact us directly at info@buschkraftsolutions.com.

Delivery Issues
We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as “delivered” but not received. If you encounter any issues, email us—we’re happy to help where we can.


Return & Exchange 

Returns
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery confirmation. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it—either through a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, please follow the 30 day return window guidelines. The customer is responsible for return shipping of the unwanted item and new shipping of the exchanged item. 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
